We sell on live video — a person picks the bag up, talks about it, and answers questions in real time, condition included. It is a fundamentally different way of selling than putting something on a shelf and waiting.
You get paid either way
When we take an item in, we tell you two numbers: the expected selling price and a guaranteed minimum. If it sells within the consignment period, you receive the sale price less our fee. If it does not sell, we buy it from you at the guaranteed minimum. Nothing comes back to you unsold.
We prove it is real before we sell it
54.1% of the Louis Vuitton and 42.5% of the Dior circulating in the resale market are counterfeit (Entrupy, State of the Fake 2026). That means owners of genuine pieces are the ones being doubted. We run every eligible item through Entrupy AI authentication — so your real bag sells as a real bag.
We fix the condition in writing, on day one
We photograph the item the day it arrives, send you the photos and a condition note within 24 hours, and do not list it until you confirm. No arguments later about how it looked when you handed it over.
If we cannot confirm that a piece is genuine, we will not sell it. We show you the result and discuss how to proceed, at no cost to you. In that case we ask you to agree not to sell or transfer the item to a third party. We will never sell anything we cannot confirm as genuine.
Please note: consignment is currently available in Japan only, as we need to receive the item and verify your identity in person or by domestic delivery under Japanese secondhand dealer law.
